We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Business Digital Team as a Graduate Application Support!
The Business Digital Department works closely with IT and local user departments supporting local applications.
Responsible for supporting and maintaining local applications used by Home Comfort Great Britain, maintaining quality documentation, and developing specific solutions to automate manual, logic-driven processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Collaborating with users to develop creative solutions for business problems.
2. Participating in Agile project teams to develop and implement technical requirements.
3. Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
4. Investigating new technologies and identifying beneficial use cases.
5. Supporting the Systems Support Leader with technical support for local applications.
6. Managing asset configuration and privileged account processes, including migrating workflows to a new RPA tool.
7. Monitoring backups of local applications and servers.
8. Keeping local application and process documentation up to date.
9. Assisting the Local Application Coordinator with self-checks and closing actions for applications.
10. Managing the service life cycle of designated applications.
11. Supporting the Network Segmentation project for local applications.
12. Assisting IT owners with One Industry IT topics.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate must have:
* A degree in Computer Science or Business IT.
* Excellent communication skills with internal and external contacts.
* Strong IT skills, including application development, databases, automation, and RPA.
* Well-organized, able to work under pressure, with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
* Customer-focused, reliable, dedicated, and self-motivated.
* An inquisitive problem-solver.
* A passion for IT and technology.
* A quick learner with a methodical, flexible approach to meet customer needs.
* Effective teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.

Please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK for the duration of the contract. This is a 2-year fixed-term role.
