Acushnet Europe Limited, Europe’s leading golf manufacturer, has an exciting opportunity within our Customer Service Team. The role will be offered on a temporary basis for up to 6 months and will be based at our headquarters in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to the following:
1. Processing customer orders quickly and accurately onto our in-house systems
2. Dealing with incoming communications in a courteous and professional manner
3. Liaising and collaborating with colleagues across the business to ensure excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction
4. Ensuring any issues are dealt with proactively and promptly
5. Making sure all orders are processed correctly and efficiently
What do you need to be successful in the role?
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail are essential attributes for this role. With professional administration/IT skills, you will have a strong desire to maximise customer satisfaction. You will also be focused, have the ability to cope under pressure, ensure all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner as well as help drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in a customer support role and will be educated to a minimum of Grade 4 (C) in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent. Training will be provided on all internal computer systems, but you should have a good working knowledge of Email, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
