Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet the needs of our clients. You will utilise various recruitment strategies, including social media management and lead generation, to build strong relationships with candidates and clients alike. Your expertise in human resources and recruitment processes will be essential in ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
Duties
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Utilise social media platforms and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to enhance candidate outreach.
4. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions within HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) such as Workday or PeopleSoft.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
7. Conduct market research to identify trends in talent acquisition and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
8. Provide exceptional communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring candidates are informed and engaged.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in recruitment or human resources is essential.
2. Familiarity with ATS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Salesforce is highly desirable.
3. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
4. Experience in lead generation techniques to source potential candidates.
5. Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes.
6. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: £15.44-£16.82 per hour
