We are seeking a Schools Support Co-ordinator to join our Schools team.
As a Schools Support Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving opportunities and propositions within the schools vertical. Your primary responsibilities will include creating winning bid proposals, supporting commercial development with key vendors, and assisting the Schools Partner Managers in crafting compelling proposals. You will work closely with the Sales team, Pre-sales, professional services, and our chosen vendors/partners to deliver high-standard proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage qualified opportunities, working with internal and external stakeholders to create winning proposals.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and purchasing departments to develop comprehensive proposals.
• Communicate and coordinate with Sales teams and third parties regarding Pre-Sales support.
• Build relationships with vendors to secure support and content for sales cycles.
• Create final propositions for customers, ensuring consistency with Converge branding.
• Appraise tender submissions and structure effective responses.
• Act as gatekeeper for bid/no bid qualification and provide strategic input.
• Support the Schools Partnership Manager team in preparing for procurement meetings.
• Develop new propositions and service requirements based on customer interactions.
Measures of Performance:
• Maintain a high bid-to-win ratio.
• Ensure customer satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Achieve high accuracy in written and commercial responses.
• Meet solution sales KPIs when responding to support requests.
Essential Qualifications:
• GCSE Mathematics and English or equivalent.

• Business Studies
• IT
Essential Experience and Skills:
• Proven track record of providing high-level administrative support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience in providing accurate forecasting using CRM.
• Outstanding attention to detail and commercial knowledge.
• Ability to articulate solutions to multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in managing multiple opportunities from qualification to proposal submission.
• Understanding of technology and best practices in bid writing.
• General administration experience in a busy office environment.
Desired Experience and Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM).
