You will be the guiding force for this new service and will be committed to providing person-centred care that empowers individuals to live independently and with dignity.
Role Overview:
As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary and supported living services.
2. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a culture of excellence in care delivery.
3. Building and leading a passionate and skilled care team.
4. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholders.
5. Implementing quality assurance measures to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
I am seeking a Registered Manager with:
1. Proven experience in domiciliary and/or supported living management (You could be a deputy manager looking to step up or a registered manager seeking a new challenge).
2. Relevant qualifications and a deep understanding of CQC regulations.
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
4. The ability to innovate and drive positive change.
5. A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
6. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
7. Resilience, drive, motivation, and excellent business acumen.
