We are seeking a Local Marketing Executive to support our South Region at OSJCT, working closely with the Regional Marketing Manager, Area Operations Manager, and Home Managers to deliver local marketing activity.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying key local stakeholders and developing awareness and engagement plans.
* Attending local networking opportunities to build relationships and referral opportunities.
* Sourcing and developing local marketing lists, tools, and collateral.
* Developing and managing local marketing tools and collateral for Home Managers.
* Contributing to social media activity and creating impactful content.
* Monitoring and reporting on referrals and informing future activity.
* Developing community and stakeholder outreach events.
* Establishing homes' unique selling points and positioning in the local marketplace.
* Supporting and training Home Managers to engage with stakeholders.
* Liaising with homes and central marketing team to ensure multi-channel marketing activity supports needs.
* Organising and managing events to build awareness and relationships.
* Working closely with central marketing and communications teams to uphold brand integrity.

OSJCT operates a hybrid working policy, requiring a minimum of 2-3 days in the office or care home, with the remaining time worked from home.
