We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Housemother to join our pastoral boarding team at Gresham's Senior School on a part-time job share basis. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a positive impact in the lives of students aged 13-18, providing them with a safe and nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills, being able to effectively interact with pupils, parents, and staff while maintaining confidentiality and discretion when necessary. Previous experience in a similar role or a background in pastoral care is highly desirable, although training will be provided for Child Protection and Safeguarding.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits.
