Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction and Technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from lead generation to relationship management with clients and candidates. You will leverage your expertise in various applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Salesforce, Workday, and Taleo to streamline processes and enhance the recruitment experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be crucial in identifying top talent for our organisation.
Duties
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and clients alike.
* Utilise ATS tools such as PeopleSoft, Workday, and Taleo to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
* Conduct thorough candidate assessments through interviews and reference checks to ensure alignment with client needs.
* Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using social media management techniques to attract potential candidates.
* Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance service delivery.
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events to expand the client base.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a consultancy environment.
* Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Experience in lead generation techniques and a proactive approach to sourcing candidates.
* Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration within a fast-paced environment.
