Head Chef Opportunity at a Boutique Hotel in the Lake District
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a stunning boutique hotel in the heart of the Lake District. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our popular restaurant, which serves fresh, seasonal, and sustainable produce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of local produce
* Lead a team of chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
* Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality
* Collaborate with the hotel's management team to drive business growth and development
What We Offer:
* A highly competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum
* Regular monthly tips of approximately £3,000-£4,000 per annum
