About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at Westbourne School. As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for experienced educators to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide a high-quality education service for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and practices.
* To plan, deliver, and teach individual students or small groups, in accordance with the School's Curriculum framework and related policies.
* To contribute to and help implement developments that relate to the School Development Plan.
* To promote the physical, educational, and moral development of students, in line with Company policies.
* To take responsibility for coordinating the teaching, development, assessment, recording, and reporting of subjects and areas of learning across key stages.
* To devise, implement, and review individual education plans, individual behavior plans, and other relevant individual plans in conjunction with other staff.
Requirements:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience in teaching students with SEN is essential.
* Ability to work effectively with challenging behaviors and develop self-control in students.
