Responsibilities Coordinate the production of client marketing materials such as presentations, and fund factsheets. Complete RFIs and DDQs. Prepare and distribute client reports which are tailored to individual client needs. Respond to client queries quickly and accurately, working with the relevant internal teams. Proactively maintain the CRM system, ensuring that all client & prospect information is up to date. Regularly carry-out data quality checks to ensure accuracy across internal systems. Requirements 1-3 years' experience in Sales Support, Investor Relations, Client Services or RFP within asset management is essential. Good excel and numeracy skills needed. High attention to detail. 5 days in the office
