Position: Senior/Associate Project Manager Location: Leeds Salary: £65,000 Car allowance and bonus Role Overview: I am recruiting on behalf of a well regarded construction consultant who are looking to expand with Leeds office. They typically work with large blue chip clients and PLCs as well as smaller businesses, across a range of sectors within the property and construction industry across the commercial, residential, education and healthcare sectors. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of projects, from inception through to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects across various sectors, ensuring successful delivery from concept to completion. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring effective resource management and risk mitigation. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and project alignment. Manage project teams, providing guidance and ensuring high levels of performance and collaboration. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track. Prepare and present regular project reports to clients and senior management. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards. Provide strategic input and innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction. Key Skills & Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, within a consultancy and construction environment. Experience managing projects across various sectors (e.g., commercial, residential, education, healthcare) is desirable. Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience with project management software and tools is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
