We’re looking for an experienced and community focused Housing Officer General Needs (Level 2) to join our client’s team. This role involves proactively engaging with residents, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard, and resolving tenant concerns.
Key Details:
Temporary role for 8-12 weeks initially (potential to extend)
On patch / Based in Frampton Street, NW8
Full-time, 35 hours per week
Rates: £20.43 ph PAYE / £26.85 ph UmbrellaYour Role:
Respond to resident concerns, ensuring excellent customer service.
Conduct estate inspections and ensure properties meet high standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
Manage service charges and oversee budgets with transparency.
Actively engage with the community by hosting forums and addressing concerns directly.What We’re Looking For:
Experience in housing management or a similar customer service role.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of housing policies and procedures is desirable.
Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
