Digital Technology Delivery Manager - ECMS and UK Shared Services
Role:
The DT Delivery Manager supporting the ECMS business and UK Shared Services is responsible for:
* Management of ECMS and UK Share Services DT systems
* DT Compliance
* DT Cost Management
* Alignment with sites and RTX/Collins DT strategic plans
Reports to:
* EMEA North DT Delivery Manager
Accountable / Responsible for:
* Delivery of DT service and site DT projects
* DT Compliance
* Successful alignment with Collins DT to ensure efficient / effective DT support
* Specification of Hardware / software to support business requirements
* Cost Management of DT services and hardware / software
* Own and Manage DT solutions to completion
* Ensuring service levels required to manage a high performing business are in place
The DT Delivery Manager role includes but is not limited to the following:
* Liaison with service providers to ensure strong communication and service provision links that work for the business
* Scoping DT solutions that enhance business efficiency and effectiveness
* Ensuring solutions are supportable, aligned with RTX/Collins DT strategic road maps and not reliant on single point support
* Support the EMEA North DT Delivery Manager with management of regional DT services, projects and compliance
* Liaison with all sites Departments to ensure internal customer satisfaction MFA >6
* Supporting the EMEA North Process improvement using the CORE tools
* Applying DT solutions to assist the site EH&S improvement activities

Competencies:
* Technical expertise (DT Management / DT Project Management experience)

* Ideally degree qualified in suitable discipline

* Aerospace experience preferred
* Understanding of manufacturing business networks and software solutions
