You will be responsible for developing detailed work packages, either independently or as part of a team, ensuring high technical standards and seamless coordination with design professionals. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed design packages for projects of various scales. Work within a BIM Level 2 environment, using Revit proficiently. Experience with Navisworks and/or Solibri is advantageous. Liaise effectively with internal teams, external consultants, and clients. Maintain a strong understanding of UK Planning, Building Regulations, and CDM Regulations. Utilise NBS Chorus for specification writing. Produce high-quality technical documentation and design solutions. Work collaboratively across multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless project delivery. What We’re Looking For Minimum of three years post-qualification experience in architectural technology. Diploma or higher in Architectural Technology. Strong technical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Revit within a BIM Level 2 environment. Experience using NBS Chorus for specification writing. Ability to communicate design solutions effectively within teams. A proactive and collaborative approach to project work.
