Job Overview
To work efficiently within a multi-disciplinary team providing a service of basic and more complex investigations within the Trust and services offered by the Trust.
Main Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of diagnostic tests for the cardiac assessment unit following a daily workload schedule as instructed.
* Provide written reports for all investigations.
* Communicate effectively with other staff members.
* Organise departmental diaries and day to day service provision.
* Assist with writing and development of department protocols.
* Support education, training and personal development of other team members.
Essential Requirements
* Cardiac physiologist degree or equivalent.
* Minimum 1 year experience in devices and cath lab.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in holter analysis.
Desirable Requirements
* BHRS accreditation.
* Previous experience of complex devices.
* Previous experience of echo.
