About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a Junior HRBP, you will support the Senior HRBP in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that people processes and practices are aligned with our company culture and values. You will provide HR support and advice to managers and employees across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support HRBP team: Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support business objectives.
* Employee Relations: Provide support in managing employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
* Talent Management: Help with the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
* Performance Management: Assist in managing the performance appraisal process, providing guidance on goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
* Training and Development: Help identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
* HR Administration: Support HR processes, including compensation reviews, employee data management, and reporting.
* Employee Engagement: Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: 1-2 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist HR or HRBP role.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
* Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HR software is a plus.
* Attributes: A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
* Understanding of talent acquisition strategies.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
