Full-Time Support Worker in Worthing
Shift Patterns: A mix of waking nights and day shifts, varying each week.
As a Full-Time Support Worker, you will be a key player in delivering essential, person-centered support to two gentlemen with learning disabilities and complex health needs.
Prior experience in Health & Social Care settings is essential. You should have a strong background in similar roles, equipped to foster independence and empower individuals to live fulfilling lives.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Personal Care: Assisting with daily hygiene and care routines.
2. Manual Handling: Ensuring safe and effective physical support.
3. Medication Administration: Managing and administering prescribed medications.
4. Household Tasks: Helping with daily chores to maintain a comfortable living environment
5. Build meaningful connections and create opportunities for social engagement and recreation
