Architect / Architectural Designer (m/f/x) for turnkey properties Responsibilities We are currently recruiting for this function in Birmingham, Manchester and Cardiff GOLDBECK is seeking to employ an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist (m/f/x) to work on a range of products including residential, offices, education, logistics, multi-storey car parks Customer-oriented creation of project designs for turnkey projects including the presentation of offers in the commercial / industrial, MSCP and residential property sector Independent preparation of complete concept designs for planning applications and building application documents until ready for signature Delivery of Architectural GAs, detailed drawings, technical coordination of specialist design subcontractors, technical specification and input to CDM documentation / Design Risk Registers Technical clarification and coordination of property planning in an interdisciplinary team with sales engineers, specialist engineers, project / construction managers, clients, architects and authorities Support in the creation of design concepts and technical calculation bases based on the GOLDBECK building systems as well as preparation and presentation ofdocuments Processing of projects based on the CAD tool Revit or corresponding applications, model- and database-oriented Working with the planning system that follows the GOLDBECK BIM strategy Profile Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a similar discipline with a minimum of 3 years experience in using Autodesk Revit CAD software. Alternatively to have successfully completed studies in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management) or other relevant areas Well-founded experience in designing and planning projects of turnkey properties Great interest in design issues and interdisciplinary solutions in building construction Ability to develop designs in Revitis essential Experience with modular forms of building (desirable) CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Experience in residential, commercial, education or warehouse projects desirable Demonstrable knowledge of design, construction techniques, technical requirements and construction regulations Strong communication skills, high customer orientation and persuasiveness Ability to work in a team and enjoy acting independently and entrepreneurially Would you like to join our team?
