They thrive on providing exceptional customer service, witha bespoke alternative to hotel accommodation through our extensive catalogue of serviced apartments. In this position, you will be pursuing a Level 3 Data & Business insights Apprenticeship, guided by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Create and update spreadsheet for housekeeping based on bookings data from Tokeet and allocate resources accordingly. Create, update and present weekly spreadsheet to finance lead with housekeeping costs per property Collect data from Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and Tokeet and analyse patterns in booking behaviors, use this data to implement promotions on OTAs. Analyse bookings data from Tokeet and present findings to management Create weekly and monthly trackers based on this data and liaise with marketing team to increase revenue Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
