Reed HR are supporting an engineering company in Sheffield to recruit a dynamic HR Business Partner to join the HR Team. You will be working closely with senior managers to deliver a people agenda that aligns with the overall vision and strategy. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level HR support both strategically and operationally. Implement and deliver the People Strategy. Guide managers on complex employee relations issues. Equip line managers with coaching skills. Analyse data for strategic HR decisions. Lead change projects and HR policy development. Mentor HR team members. About You: CIPD qualified. Experience as an HR Generalist and leading change projects. Strong business acumen and communication skills. Knowledge of employment legislation. Experience in a unionised environment.
