An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the MSK outpatients setting.
We primarily work within the hours of Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30 - this role can be part-time or full-time, and the successful applicant will be able to work a minimum of 25.5 hours per week.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a great team spirit.
We support Orthopaedics and also Rheumatology with their outpatient care. We have three sites we work from, including the Sussex Orthopaedic Treatment Centre Outpatients department based in Haywards Heath.
We also have our brand new Fracture Clinic and Rheumatology outpatient clinics in the Louisa Martindale Building at the Royal Sussex County Hospital which opened in 2023. This new building allows us to provide modern facilities for patients and staff.
This role will base you primarily at the Sussex Orthopaedic Treatment Centre.
You would work with both Orthopaedic and Rheumatology teams to deliver outstanding care to our patients - working alongside our established team who will welcome you with open arms and help you grow and develop in your new role.
We welcome applications from those who currently hold a UK NMC registration. If you currently hold an overseas nursing qualification and require sponsorship, we are not currently direct hiring Internationally Qualified Nurses.
Main duties of the job
You will assist with the smooth running of clinics, both consultant-led and nurse-led wound clinics.
We will be providing training of required skills to the successful candidate.
