Job Role Responsibilities
As part of a small maintenance team, Maintenance Technicians with electrical/instrument or mechanical skills are responsible for safe, reliable, and efficient plant maintenance, prioritizing safety, health, environment, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities will include:
* Safe preparation and execution of electrical work and handover.
* Responding to outages and breakdowns, including being on-call.
* Fault finding and root cause analysis.
* Performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
* Adhering to engineering standards and procedures.
* Using SAP to log, track, and manage parts and work orders.

Qualifications:
Required:
* Recognized Electrical apprenticeship (NVQ3 Electrical Maintenance Engineer, ONC/HNC Level 4 preferred).
Beneficial but not mandatory:
* BS 7671:2018 (18th Edition) knowledge.
* Systematic fault finding experience.
* Experience with instrumentation (flow, level, temperature, etc.), PLCs, AC/DC motors, VSDs, DCS, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and interpreting drawings and P&IDs.
* Basic workshop skills to support Mechanical Maintenance.
