About the Team
Our Marketplace and Production team plays a central role in helping our vintage and antique products find their new homes. As a wider team, the Marketplace Team ensure that each product is accurately categorised and showcased to reach the right audience on a variety of selling platforms.
About the Role
As a Marketplace Assistant, you will play a role in supporting the day to day running of our Marketplace operations. You will work across different teams, handling and moving items in the warehouse, organising stock, assisting with listing items for sale on multiple platforms, sorting bulk quantities of stock ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. You will also keep on top of general housekeeping of the area.

* Get to know each team to understand how the departments work together.
* Develop skills in moving, sorting and organising stock efficiently.

* Assist in moving, handling and storing stock safely across different marketplace teams.
* Support the listing process by organising and preparing items for online sale.
* Maintain warehouse order and stock accuracy through proper organisation and record keeping.
Driving Excellence…
* Improve efficiency in stock movement and organisation to support growing marketplace demands.
* Assist in optimising listing processes to enhance performance.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the marketplace team.
* Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist where needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Transport and organise stock and crates between marketplace teams within the warehouse.
* Organise, sort and manage stock to ensure efficient workflow and accessibility.
* Assist in the listing process when required.
* Maintain clear records of stock movement and inventory updates.
* Ensure warehouse safety standards are followed at all times.
* Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Ability to lift and move stock safely and efficiently.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Adaptability to switch between different teams and tasks as required.
* A proactive and team oriented mindset.
