ROLE: Financial Remedies Lawyer
LOCATION: Sheffield
SALARY: Competitive, based on experience
HOURS: 09:00-17:15, Monday-Friday

ROLE:
Are you a skilled Financial Remedies Lawyer looking to advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dedicated team in Sheffield. This is an exciting chance to work on a wide range of financial remedy cases and have the autonomy to manage your caseload while working within a collaborative team known for its exceptional expertise in family law.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a diverse caseload of financial remedy cases on divorce, including high-net-worth clients and complex asset portfolios.
* Advising on the division of assets including property, pensions, and businesses and child arrangements.
* Representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.
ABOUT YOU:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
* Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 5 years' PQE in family law, specialising in financial remedies
* Strategic thinker with excellent advocacy skills
* Compassionate, client-focused, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for your clients.
