Summary
NG Bailey Facilities Services have an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias), to provide a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial environment at The Wilton Centre, Redcar.
The working hours are Monday - Thursday 0800-1630 Friday 0800-1530, NO ON CALL - O/T is Available
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
* Ensure work is undertaken in line with specific method statements &riskassessments and relevant safety legislation and NG Bailey health and safety systems and procedures.
* Provide excellent service delivery by ensuring PPM tasks and reactive works are completed within contractual Service LevelAgreement’s to meet KPI’s.
* Demonstrate appropriate Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe delivery of all work.
* Ensure that all Operational activities are carried out in Compliance with internal regulations and external Legislation governing the Business Operations.
* Capable of working without assistance and managing Reactive Works & Small Projects carried out by others.
What we’re looking for :
An experienced Electrical Technician working to a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service this is a role for you.
You will hold current qualifications to work as a Electrical engineer including;
* Completed a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship -preferable
* City & Guilds Electrical discipline competency Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent.
* And be conversant with Electrical / Mechanical Plant related Building Services PPM's carried out in line with SFG20 and resulting Reactive Work
