They are now looking to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their business.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Managing main and subcontracts
2. Preparing and agreeing monthly interim valuations and final accounts
3. Recording, costing and agreeing contract variations
4. Internal monthly cost/value reconciliation cost reports
5. Subcontract procurement including preparing tender enquiries, reconciling quotations and placing subcontract orders
6. Management notification and payment of subcontract interim and final accounts
7. Managing payment of consultants' interim and final accounts
8. Day to day cost control and cashflow forecasting
9. Maintaining and developing professional relationships
