Executive Assistant to the Head
Location: Central Oxford
Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to the Head to provide confidential administrative support in a fast-paced and professional environment. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide confidential administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.

Manage diaries, emails, and correspondence for senior staff, ensuring efficient scheduling.
*
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
*
Assist with document preparation, marketing communications, and event planning.
*
Support HR functions, including recruitment, maintaining staff records, DBS checks, and payroll administration.
*
Ensure compliance with safer recruitment and data protection policies.
*
Liaise with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across the business.
*
Draft offer letters, contract changes, and other employment-related documents.
About You:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*
Proven experience in diary management and executive support.
*
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
