Priority Candidates will be considered in the first instance Wigan Life Centre South College Avenue Wigan WN1 1NJ Salary: Grade 8, 35,235 - 39,513 per annum. 37 hours per week Temporary until January 2027 Your role: You will be responsible for implementing a new screening/triage hub/function for the breadth of work and health programmes across Wigan Borough and supporting the procurement of the Work Well direct delivery team and contributing to the monitor outcomes linked to the Work Well delivery programme. You ll be the first point of contact for individuals accessing the Work Well Programme, undertaking an assessment of needs, and ensuring individuals are supported and referred onto the most appropriate work & health provision. In addition, you ll work with employers to raise awareness around employment and support of individuals with neurodivergent conditions. About you: You will need to have knowledge of the local, national and regional policy and strategy for work and health/employment programmes. Experience of working in an asset-based way, alongside residents, building relationships based on trust in order to understand strength, aspirations and barriers and achieve best outcomes is fundamental to the role. Individuals who have experience of delivering quality services linked to improving residents opportunities to access employment and training and reducing inequalities would be suited to this role.
