If you have a passion for making a difference and leading a team to provide excellent housekeeping and nutritious meals, we want to hear from you Your Role as a Head Housekeeper Cook This is an incredibly varied and rewarding role where you will lead by example, ensuring our service maintains the highest cleanliness, hygiene, and catering standards. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising and supporting the housekeeping and kitchen team to create a seamless and efficient service. Ensuring all cleaning and infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe and welcoming home environment. Preparing healthy and well-balanced meals that meet dietary requirements and enhance residents' well-being. Managing stock levels, placing orders, and conducting monthly stock checks. Creating rotas and carrying out staff supervisions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Upholding the highest Health & Safety, COSHH, and hygiene standards. Our ideal candidate will have: Experience in housekeeping and/or catering within a health and social care setting. A strong understanding of managing a team, supervision, and rota planning.
