Executive Assistant
Location: Warrington, Cheshire
Salary: £37k+ DOE
Hours: Full-time, with occasional out-of-hours support

Act as the first point of contact, handling visitors, correspondence, and phone calls.
Manage day-to-day diary and email, with thoughtful planning and supporting correspondence.
Coordinate travel and accommodation, including expenses, travel packs, and risk assessments.
Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, building positive relationships.
Prioritise and manage time effectively, ensuring the executive is well-prepared for all commitments.
Organise internal and external meetings, meeting all customer requirements to exceptional standards.
Prepare, review, and proof-read documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain databases and electronic filing systems, including time and attendance, and workflow approvals.
Conduct research on behalf of the executive.
Collaborate with the office and administration team, supporting their work and covering for absent colleagues as needed.
Provide personal assistance on specific tasks as required.
Support the on-boarding of new staff members.
Communicate with Board Members, schedule Board Meetings, and arrange meeting agendas.
Provide administrative support at key meetings, as agreed with the executive.
Occasionally project manage internal and external events, such as leadership meetings.
Provide occasional out-of-hours support.Essential Criteria for the Executive Assistant:
Proven experience supporting at Director level.
Excellent planning and organisational skills with attention to detail.
Strong prioritisation skills with a proactive and forward-thinking approach.
Ability to communicate effectively in various settings, both inside and outside the organisation.
Confident, articulate, and able to work on your own initiative.
Demonstrate integrity, trust, and discretion in all activities.
