The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, assisting the operations team with planning and scheduling works efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring that high standards of service are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and clients
* Coordinating appointments between residents and tradespeople in an organised and timely manner
* Addressing and resolving resident queries, including rescheduling appointments
* Utilising planning tools to manage and reschedule appointments efficiently
* Inputting job details into the company’s management system
* Collaborating with supervisors and tradespeople to organise and schedule work
What Our Client Is Looking For:
* Previous experience working in a call centre or customer service environment
* Strong multitasking abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and targets
* Excellent communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00 per year
