Your role will sit within our Support division in the Newport area where you will help facilitate a way for people to live a more fulfilling life. You will also be responsible for the housing management of our shared accommodations sites where you will play a key part in overseeing the day-to-day operations. Your day with consist of: Conducting needs assessments and person centred support plans Provide practical and emotional support to the individuals you support Provide support around housing challenges, mental health issues, substance misuse issues and other complex needs. Assisting with sustaining and securing suitable accommodation Maintaining accurate and up-to-date record Developing your networking skills by working in partnership with external agencies Monitoring the safety of the shared accommodation sites including maintenance, Fire safety and daily checks Who we are looking for: Previous experience in a similar role A passion and commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals and promoting independence and wellbeing Organisation and time-management skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team A non-judgmental and empathetic approach What are the pay and benefits?
