A luxury brand based in West London are looking for a CRM & Digital Manager to join their growing Digital function.
You will report into the Head of Digital and will be responsible for developing the CRM and email marketing channel to drive brand awareness, traffic, enquiries, new, customer monetisation and attributed revenue.
You will lead on all things HubSpot, so previous experience with this is essential. You will also ideally have some experience in Digital Marketing, specifically around the Paid space.
Responsibilities:
Develop CRM structure and strategies to enhance customer data quality, categorisation, utilisation and introduce automation to improve client experience throughout the life cycle, to provide more personalised experiences to customers
Plan & deliver email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and optimised email templates to drive improvement
Explore automated email flows - new subscriber confirmation, enquiry flow and more
Improve customer life cycle processes, customer segmentation, automated flows and triggers
Work with the broader marketing, content and sales teams to come up with new creative strategies utilising best practice and customer journey insights
