Manchester Marriott Hotel Piccadilly, set in the heart of Cottonopolis, is Manchester's largest four-star hotel with 338 bedrooms including 18 suites.
The Hotel is based in the city of Manchester, only a 5-minute walk away from the Manchester Piccadilly train station.
This is a very exciting time for us as we have just gone through an extensive refurbishment and a rebrand to Marriott.
As a Guest Relations Manager you will be responsible for:
* Creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring that service is smooth, prompt and professional.
* Providing services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
* Being an exceptional brand ambassador.
* Supporting implementation of the customer recognition/service program.
* Improving service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
* Intervening in any guest/employee situation as needed to ensure the integrity of the property is maintained, guest satisfaction is achieved, and employee wellbeing is preserved.
* Serving as a leader in displaying outstanding hospitality skills.
* Replying back to all guests' reviews.
* Assisting with daily check-ins/outs.
* Undertaking Duty Management shifts.
* Overseeing the M Lounge ensuring it is always staffed, well-maintained, and operating smoothly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Our most successful Guest Relations Manager is someone who:

* Has strong leadership skills.
* Possesses strong organisation and multi-tasking skills.
* Has a positive mindset and a genuine passion for working in hospitality.
* Has at least two years' experience working within Front Office.
