Frazer Jones is delighted to partner exclusively with a Global organisation to recruit their Head of HR covering HR operations including HR shared services, HRIS, reward and payroll. This is a 12 month contract, to support the organisation through a period of change and transformation.
You will manage a team responsible for service delivery across multiple jurisdictions globally, ensuring high standards of service to the business, driving excellence and leading the function through change and transformation. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, while leading a talented and diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily management of HR shared services/ HR operations, reward, payroll and HRIS for the group. Providing stability, managing performance, coaching and developing team members.
Ensuring high-quality customer service and service delivery to the business, identify process improvements, leading on operations related change and transformation.
Monitoring service centre performance, analysing data, and reporting to senior leaders on trends, progress and solutions.
Guiding the HR shared services team through a transformation journey.
Required Experience:
International or global experience is essential, possessing a keen understanding of international HR challenges.
