We are seeking Support Workers to assist adults across services in Margate who have various needs, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mobility issues.
Our services are situated near the town centre in a residential area, with good public transport links.
Applicants with a valid UK driving license will be able to enable our service users to access their community.
* Every day is different, but your tasks might include
* Supporting individuals to participate in daily living activities, engaging with their community and beyond.
* Facilitating social interactions, connecting them with family and friends.
* Managing personal finances.
* Maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment, and assisting with grocery shopping.
* Providing and encouraging personal care.

While prior experience in social care is beneficial, it's not essential; we offer comprehensive training programmes at no cost to help you grow professionally, including the Health and Social Care Diploma.
