JOB REF: 215297786 The appointed Solicitor will be dealing with a range of contentious matters relating to residential and commercial property, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations in the County Court and First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). • You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, including defended service charge, ground rent disputes, possession cases, and breach of covenant matters. You will also assess claims and defences, ensure compliance with deadlines, maintain case management, and provide regular reports and advice to clients. • You will be expected to support the more senior members of the team and provide supervision and support to the more junior members as needed – including participating in training and development efforts. • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, with proven experience in service charge and ground rent debt recovery, as well as general property matters. Excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to work independently while supporting the development of junior staff are essential. • Experience in breach of covenant and Landlord & Tenant matters is highly desirable. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
