We are working with a Medical Device company looking for a Sales Engineer to drive growth by representing and building their innovative solutions and services within the UK market. This role is ideal for a Sales Engineer with a strong background in Medical Device sales, looking to leverage their skills in a dynamic environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Establish and deepen relationships at targeted customers to understand both expressed and unexpressed needs, aligning with business strategies.
2. Develop and execute detailed account plans to achieve revenue and profit targets over short and long-term periods.
3. Manage a robust project opportunity pipeline, identifying and advancing new opportunities to position the company's solutions effectively.
4. Engage with new target customers within the assigned region to support strategic initiatives and long-term growth.
5. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to deliver timely quotations, negotiate prices and delivery times, and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
6. Utilise market trends, customer strategies, and competitive intelligence to establish pricing and profit margins.
