The Facilities Assistant will work across all aspects of Facilities Management services, contributing to the smooth delivery of outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
Job Description
This role, which operates as part of our team, encompasses specific responsibilities for delivering services and projects.
It is an excellent entry point into Facilities Management, offering the opportunity to learn about multiple sites and gain exposure to various aspects of the industry, with clear pathways for progression.
Ideally suited to someone with prior experience as a Facilities Assistant, Facilities Administrator, or Facilities Coordinator, the role seeks a people-oriented professional who thrives in team settings and enjoys engaging with clients.
Key responsibilities include organising Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), client communication, and ensuring the quality of services meets expectations.
By playing a central role in day-to-day operations, the Facilities Assistant will contribute significantly to delivering a high standard of service to clients while building relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Front of house duties such as welcoming visitors & supporting them appropriately
* Ensuring security procedures are followed
* Supporting services such as portering, meeting room management, managing the FM mailbox
* Carrying out inductions for new starters, including H&S and environmental inductions
* Logging, facilitating and overseeing reactive and PPM visits
* Ensuring compliance for environmental & HSEQ standards
