Main duties of the job To oversee all assessment and administration processes in relation to the Service To support the delivery of a high quality link worker provision into primary care, secondary mental health services, social care partners, community based resources and voluntary sector. To support the Gateway Team Manager in the delivery of the service, ensuring it meets national guidance and local key performance indicators. Ensure staff are trained and supportive, to have a sensitive, approachable, and informative manner in dealing with client and health professional queries. As the line manager for junior members of the team you will support the management of human resources meeting the Trust targets for recruitment, retention, sickness levels, agency usage, supervision and appraisals. As well as the day to day Clinical function, you will be responsible for supporting clinical staff to take complex decisions which are evidence based and recovery focused.
