Landlord Vendor Administrator
AASC, Birchwood, Warrington, WA3 7PB
Full time, 37.5 hours per week. 2 days homebased, 3 days office based. Monday – Friday.
Salary: £23,000.00, plus Serco Benefits.
A key member of the Business Support team, this role is crucial to ensure effective running of all Landlord vendor creation and amendments activity in relation to AASC contract operations and overall contract management.
Main Accountabilities:
- Ensure landlord vendor records are accurately maintained as per the contract SLA.
- Create new landlord vendor accounts upon request in a timely manner.
- Identify problems and solutions to ensure there are no delays to landlord rents being paid on time.
- Deal with landlord vendor queries daily and escalate to Purchasing Manager and/or Property Services Manager where appropriate.
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally across the AASC Property Services team to ensure excellent service delivery standards.
- Maintain data integrity of the IT systems to support Right First-Time finance and reporting.
- Contribute to operational excellence within the Business Support Team.
- Any other duties as required commensurate with this role.

- Ability to successfully engage and create successful working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate information updates across the contract.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills and ability to manage and deliver a variety of priority tasks, prioritising own workload to meet specific timescales without prompt.
- Resourceful and adaptable.
- Have high attention to detail and ability to problem solve independently.
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Demonstrable MS Excel skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, and databases; particularly in making and keeping accurate and timely records.
- Previous experience of working with SAP or purchase ledgers is desirable, or within an accounts payable background.
Additional/Special features of the role
- Ability to travel within the regions and occasionally within the UK (a valid UK driver’s licence is optional).
- Security clearance at Counter Terrorism Check level and Criminal Record Bureau checks are required (the role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and all offers of employment are subject to security clearance checks and approval by the Home Office).
