Wanted: Supervisor - Southampton
We are looking for an energetic, talented, enthusiastic, customer-focused individual with excellent aptitude for operational management.
Our most successful Supervisors are those who put their people first because their success depends upon having a strong team around them. Being a great coach and providing ongoing support to develop your large team will come naturally to you. You will be responsible for your venue's reviews, which means the delivery of outstanding customer service is critical.
Main Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Delivering outstanding customer service is critical.
* Team Management: Management of the team on shift, rota, delegation of tasks, team meetings, and one-to-one reviews.
* People Development and Training: Lead the recruitment, induction, and training of all employees. Promote the group Vision, Mission, and Values as part of the ongoing team development.
* Health and Safety Compliance: Provide a safe and fun Ninja experience while ensuring that our company policies, procedures, and guidance are always adhered to. Continuously monitor Health and Safety.
* Financial Controls: Review performance, analyze results, and report the metrics, while looking for enhancements.
* Operational Management: Ensure smooth running of the venue while completing opening and closing shifts.
* Problem Solving: Ability to think on your feet and confidence as a decision-maker.

Experience:
* Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
* Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
* Supervising experience: 1 year (required)
* Customer service: 2 years (required)
* Management: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
* First Aid Certification (preferred)
