Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme, designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You will benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for relevant accreditations, as well as the support and guidance you need to develop and succeed. As a GROW graduate, you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to help you gain the skills required to succeed.
As a specialist and science graduate joining GROW, you will specialise from day one in your chosen discipline. Working in teams of consultants, you'll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients, and given opportunities to build your skillsets and technical expertise. You will work on a range of environmental and planning projects, including major infrastructure, urban regeneration, and community-focused projects, exposing you to various challenges and technical specialists.
As part of our Planning, Environmental Assessment, and Management team, you'll be instrumental in improving environmental performance and conducting impact assessments across sectors, working on large infrastructure projects, development schemes, public realm, master planning, and energy projects. Your involvement will span the project lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies and strategic environmental assessments to environmental impact assessment applications.
