The eCommerce Developments team is recruiting an eCommerce Analyst to focus on the health of the platform, overseeing and driving fixes with the associated teams. The role is based at our Head Office in Leicestershire, offering a salary from £29,830.

The eCommerce Developments team is responsible for implementing, testing, and building on UX designs, along with the requirements of our partnered brands and overall website content.
The role
You will combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of how site performance, user experience, and operational stability impact business outcomes. Being highly skilled in data, you’ll use available resources to inform decisions, optimize the user journey, and communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities include:
* Monitoring and analyzing website speed and performance, identifying bottlenecks, slow-loading pages, and other issues against KPIs/goals.
* Assessing and prioritizing dropouts, providing actionable insights to improve conversion.
* Overseeing and driving fixes with systems, content, and product owners.
* Collaborating with development teams, product owners, and managers to prioritize and implement performance strategies.
* Acting as a key contact with the Online Marketing Department for P1 issues, ensuring timely resolution.
* Analyzing root causes of critical issues and proposing solutions.
* Developing and maintaining automated testing scripts to ensure platform functionality and stability.
* Liaising with relevant teams to fix issues promptly.
* Coordinating key site changes and ensuring their alignment with business objectives.
* Monitoring the impact of changes on performance and user experience.
* Managing sale events across UK and international platforms.
