We are currently seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join one of our partner schools and support students in achieving their full potential. If you have experience in or a passion for supporting learners, we would love to hear from you Responsibilities: Support classroom teachers with the delivery of engaging, inclusive, and differentiated lessons. Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need additional academic or behavioural support. Help to create a positive and nurturing learning environment for all pupils. Assist with behaviour management and promote a calm and focused classroom atmosphere. Support students with special educational needs (SEN) or those who have barriers to learning. Collaborate with teaching and support staff to implement effective learning strategies. Requirements: A genuine interest in education and supporting children’s learning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability and patience in a fast-paced school environment. Previous experience in a school or educational setting is desirable, but not essential.
