Full time hours on a temporary basis
General admin duties
Dealing with incoming customer calls over the phone and in person
Making appointments for registrations of births, deaths and notices of marriage or civil partnership
Extensive use of IT (Microsoft Office and Registration programmes)
Taking payments for ceremonies over the phone
Copy certificates for incoming applications
Register marriages at the register office
