Product Management Support Analyst

£600 per day (Inside IR35)
My client, a well-known high-street bank, is looking for a Product Management Support Analyst to join their fast-paced team on an initial 6-month contract.
Responsibilities
1. Be the product focal point for all changes required for the Global Register system.
2. Support the Product Manager in decisions related to the prioritization of change and the technology spend for the GR system.
3. Support the design, delivery, and rollout of elements of the global TPM service and continuous improvement.
4. Owner of governance and TPM process and system changes.
5. Strong experience of engaging with stakeholders across the business, with the ability to influence where necessary.
6. Deep understanding of third-party management systems and processes.
7. Provide strong Procurement subject matter expertise to stakeholders on vision, delivery, and architecture design.
8. Build a relationship of trust and influence with the DCOO IT team and build strong relationships with vendors.
9. Report on change delivery and service quality status on behalf of the service line.
10. Ensure Technology and operational risks are appropriately controlled in line with Group and business objectives.
Skills Required/Desired
1. Archer system experience beneficial but not essential as the client understands this is not a common skill.
2. Service Now experience beneficial.
3. Global register experience beneficial.
4. Third Party Management experience essential.
5. Banking experience beneficial.
6. Appian experience beneficial but not essential as the client understands this is not a common skill.
7. Understanding/Concept of Risk essential.
