An organisation is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst for a 3-month contract. In this role, you will provide first-line support to colleagues and partners, ensuring efficient use of IT systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and categorise incidents using ITIL-aligned processes.
Independently resolve 70-80% of calls and tickets using technical expertise.
Ensure all service requests meet designated SLAs.
Provide thorough Identity Management support.
Escalate complex issues to other IT teams as necessary.
Develop self-help resources to enhance user independence.Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 2 years in an IT Service Desk role.
IT or related degree preferred.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and ITIL are a plus.
