The OPRA Group has a great opportunity for a Commercial Account Handler for a rapidly growing company that is expanding its team to continue delivering exceptional service to its clients.

This is a permanent full-time position.
Role Duties:
1. Assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries, and quotations for additional products.
2. Collaborating closely with account executives on larger cases.
3. Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention levels.
4. Ensuring documentation and systems are accurate.
5. Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.
6. Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
Commercial Account Handler - Essential Skills & Experience Required:
1. A solid grounding in commercial and corporate insurance with exposure to main commercial insurance products, including Property, Liability, Fleet, PI, D&O, Cyber, and packaged solutions.
2. Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels and proficiency in using Word, Excel, and broking platforms (Acturis preferred).
3. Comfortable handling customer enquiries via phone, face-to-face, and email.
